Leading the Frontier of Medical Technology as the Production Facility Officially Launches

To meet the needs of the company’s CDMO service platform, a production facility was planned to support inspection and testing, R&D and manufacturing, sample production, and other related technical operations. The site was finally selected on Section 2 of Longquan Avenue, Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone, Sichuan Province, also known as Longquanyi District.

Construction of the facility officially began on the founding day of Sichuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. and is expected to be completed in early 2024. The factory will include a 1,000-square-meter ISO 7 clean production workshop, a medical device testing laboratory, and professional R&D and manufacturing equipment. It will also be equipped with a structural design laboratory, medical consumables R&D laboratory, physicochemical laboratory, microbiology and sterility laboratory, and ETO sterilization station. The facility has obtained ISO 13485 quality management system certification and complies with GMP and FDA standards, supporting the production of various medical devices, consumables, and raw materials.

Looking ahead, the company will uphold the production philosophy of “customer first, quality foremost,” increase investment in scientific research equipment, strengthen technological innovation, and continuously improve production efficiency and product quality to meet the high-quality demands of global customers.
